With an undergraduate degree in Journalism/Communications and further studies at the Corcoran College of Art and Design, Alex has honed her craft. For over 15 years, she co-owned Ivy Lane Living in Alexandria, VA. As a mother of three, Alex's firsthand experience has deepened her understanding of the functional needs of a family home.
Driven by a belief that a home should reflect its inhabitants' stories, Alex approaches each project with a keen eye for possibilities and avoids a formulaic version of design. Her goal is to create a finished product that is unique to each client. Her work spans across VA, DC, MD, DE, and beyond, including locations like Savannah, Palm Beach, and St Simons Island.
